Alcohol (URGENT, HARM REDUCTION) Methocarbamol/alcohol overdose potential

SWIM took x30 750mg Methocarbamol, and drank a (still unknown) amount of alcohol for (also unknown) reasons and is currently passed out... obviously I'll update as I gain more info but is he possibly in danger, for starts?

this is a HR site if the person is unresponsive take them to the ER
we cant give you info over the interwebs
if ER isnt an option check if he is breathing and continue to monitor but i must highly advise to seek medical help
alcohol alone can make you passout/blackout it does affect the CNS but given the addition of the methocarbamol its to many unknowns
given its a muscle relaxer again highly advisable to seek professional help
