Unknown tablet was told it was xanax

Hi guys any help would be appreciated.
my wife was sold some pills and told they were xanax but she has been feeling spaced out and sick sine taking them. Cant find any info on them it has a single T stamped on it. Any ideas?

We don't ID pills here, it could literally be anything. There have been reports of fake xanax pills pressed with fentanyl. Don't buy these again and throw out what you have.
