UNITY


He was on the verge
Of finally understanding something profound
Or
He only wanted it to be so
In the mystery, lies the meaning
The purpose

There he stood
As the battle cries silenced, ceasefire
Or
He only needed it to be so
In the confusion, lies the clarity
The redemption

Eyes closed, fingers crossed, he jumped
Through the void of eternity in a heartbeat
Or
He only decided it to be so
In the humane, lies the divine
The unity

And life
As the brief hallucination between birth and death
Becomes real
For him
