Opioids understanding liquid codeine / dosing ??

hey y'all, need some help understanding this liquid codeine, never dabbled in it.

It is Codeine-Guaifen 10-100 MG/5 ML

1. so 170mg dose of codeine would = 32ml of liquid, correct? Or am I wrong?
2. And the guaifen makes one nauseated; how much is too much? can one pop a Tum for nauesa?
3. And then... Best to drink all at once, empty stomach ?

1. It's 10mg/5ml so 2mg/ml. Now 170mg / 2 equals 85ml for 170mg.

2. People routinously take DXM with guaifen, it doesn't seem to be dangerous but yeah might make you nauseated. Possibly a cold water extraction might work.

Can anyone help me, I’m doing CWE but the stuff Coming out the coffee filter is still super cloudy and (I think) still has paracetamol in it? Is it important to put the correct amount of water? Does it affect it if I use too much water?
