That depends upon what you're looking to get out of this. You're not gonna get "super high" or anything unless you're in a rare genetic grouping that allows you to more efficiently metabolize Codeine to Morphine.
You're looking at about 18mg Morphine here, which would probably be great if you were really sick or had a wicked bad headache, but you're not going to Mars or anything.
