Opioids Tussionex 15ml and Gabapentin 300mg, is it safe?

I took a little over 15ml of tussionex, about equivalent to 30-40mg Hydrocodone, and one 300mg Gabapentin. Also have one 1mg etizolam in my system atm. I feel great and don't plan on taking any more of either substances for the rest of the day, so is this a safe combination at these levels? Thanks again.
