trying to find link to posting a blog

This is the only posting function I could find, and it's difficult to locate this one. A less confusing strait forward link to posting options would be much appreciated. So I'll be using this link to post, even though I know I'm not in the correct link.

To post a blog, you would need to become a Bluelighter = have at least 50 posts.
(anonymous ------ > Support)
