Tripping a little hard on lsd

I'm in a safe environment with friends but I'm tripping so much that it feels like I couldn't get home if I wanted to go even though it's really close. It's surprising scary

Change your environment, even if its just another room, change the lighting, change what your listening to or watching. Try and relax and go with the flow

Maybe go outside and have a sit down, look at the sky. That may help calm you.

Just sit back and let the beauty flow. This experience will soon end, so even if it's scary or your tripping to hard.....just let go! Go with the flow, eventually it will all end, and you'll be okay. Don't fight and don't fear. Use your..."will" to mend it into what you want in sense, but don't fight! Just release!

When this happens, I like to think "Worst case scenrio I'll just find somewhere secluded to lie down until I'm sober enough to get home. Won't be more than 8 hours"
