Opioids Tramadol withdrawal help

GF is detoxing while waiting for her Tramadol to be delivered. Been in USPS warehouse out of state for 3 months now. She used Withdrawal Ease before but of course the Feds said that worked too well and made it illegal. Any advice of what to take or do?
 
Usually we don't do this sort of thing but if kratom is legal in your area you might be able to find it at a headshop. Be careful, it's just as addictive as tramadol and is still an opiate
