If they are tampered resistant they came on faster yes,but not at the same level like ordinary IR

In the sr tramadol "Durella" we call it, there is 1 fast release pellet in each capsule. I think they are 25 or 50mg. Depending on your tolerance, these fast release tablets can be removed from their capsules. If you take like 6 of them with the sr caps, it hits you pretty quick, like with in 20 minutes and the sr part makes it last.
