Opioids Tramadol & pregabalin dosage

Hi everyone

My friend hasn't used Tramadol or pregabalin for a while and he wants a little treat in a few days, he already has the Tramadol in stock and is looking to buy the pregabalin from a online pharmacy, he wanted to know if the more expensive pregabalin are worth it? Or just opt for the cheaper generic? Sorry whats the difference other than price? And does the risk of seizure increase mixing the two? And what would be a good starting safe dose in the interests of HR? Many thanks
