So recently, SWIM took his first dose of Tramadol. SWIM took 200 mg for his first time, and had a fairly bad comedown. Naseau, profuse sweating, headaches and exhaustion were the main symptoms. Has anyone else experienced these symptoms from just one dose (SWIM's tolerance was literally non-existent) or is it just him? Also, does this happen every time? Should SWIM take 150mg of Tramadol and 50mg to deal with the comedown?

How long after your dose did you get those symptoms? That sounds more like you just took too mucb
Thats what I was thinking, especially since it was OPs first time. Opiates dont have much of a comedown if at all. (Last sentence directed towards OP)
It wasnt a comedown, you simply took too much for your first time. Next time, try anywhere between 50-125MG, and if your still worried space your doses out and not all at once. No, it will not happen every time. Opiates dont have a comedown really
