Tramadol after MDMA

So I took around 100mg of tested MDMA on Friday night around 11pm, came down from the peak at 3-3:30am.

Would it be safe to take 150mg of Tramadol right now? I know Tramadol has SSRI properties, and just want to make sure I don't hurt myself with serotonin syndrome or something.

It's been 24 hours so I'm guessing I would be fine but just in case...
