I know bupropion is an inhibitor of the cyp2d6 enzyme, one of the same enzymes that tramadol uses to metabolize into odesthemyltramadol, so tramadol won't do shit for you, for analgesia or recreationally.

Both absolutely lower the seizure threshold and Wellbutrin pretty much blocks most euphoric drugs from releasing any more dopamine, not to mention 50mg of tramadol is incredibly low dose, even for an opiate naive individual. So he won't feel shit.
