Took lsd and need some help

So 3 years ago i took lsd 3 times (not in the same day). The first trip was good but maybe a hint of blocked energy. The second trip is what i think really caused my problems. It was a really bad trip.Louis of grinding sounds and red flashes and everything seemed inverted. I cant remember all the trip cuz lsd took away my memory. (I beleive) and the third trip i didnt feel anything at all. So 3 years later and i just feel so disconnected. I feel blind. I feel like i cant experience anything, emotion, thought,etc. I got a sense of an image that looked like it was stuck looking at the trip. I just dont know what to do.

the lsd that put your vision upside down, did it taste bitter?
if so it was probably nbome which can do radical things,
in either case, once you stop obsessing about it, it will begin to pass.
at the moment you have created a personal teddy bear out of the trauma, and that might be hard to give up.
