Too much Vyvanse for a first time?

Finals week is approaching, and a friend gave me some of his 70mg Vyvanse. Planning on taking it tomorrow morning with breakfast. I've never had anything like it before, and I'm a pretty small person (5'4", 105 pounds). What sort of effects should I expect? Could this dose be a bit too much for me? Thanks!

Keep in mind it'll get you hyped up
It is a stimulant
I wouldn't start that high start with the recommended dose which is 30mg
You can always take more never less

Wouldn't recommend taking it if youre anxiety prone could make anxiety worse
