Tolerance to MJ after synthetic weed

Not sure if i post this hear but a friend smoked some spice and is worried about tolerance to bud as he uses it medicly
 
Any way to elaborate? Yeah Spice would increase his tolerance, but one time use shouldn't increase it very much. If your friend takes a few days off after the Spice his tolerance would be fine, but either way he shouldn't see a dramatic difference from one time use.
 
Maybe he should stop using unnecessary RCs recreationally if he's worried about them affecting his cannabis's medical effects.
 
it depends on how long he was smoking this spice, from what it sounds like he smoked it maybe one day or so this won't affect your tolerance to much but prolonged spice use will significantly increase your tolerance. im not sure how long it takes but but spice tolerance builds pretty quick. i remember smoking for a few months, smoking a joint had as much affect as a tobacco cig
