Tingly/numb arm

Why does my arm get tingly/numb everytime I come down from MDMA? Its always my left arm, not the right. Ive taken multivitamins because I thought it might be a vitamin deficiency but no help. Its been three hours now and the numbness and tingling still hasnt disappeared. Its starting to become obnoxious. Any suggestions?

My tingling disappeared after 1-2 weeks,my slight numbness become better after 3 months
