this heroin high can it keep peeking after 20 mins smoked and overdose me??

I feel really good best ive ever felt on h atm smoked itba bit to fast I think had my last line about 10-20 mins ago maybe longer ive been nodding like fuc


But my breathing is none responsive I have to force myself to breath its not as bad as one I had when I first tried it where my airways literaly would not breath hardly at all but what I'm worried about is can it keep peeking after 20 mins smoked ive been smoking mid grade h3 all night but thus morning (haven't had any sleep) I decided to do some stronger batch and well here I am I am supposed to be going out as well but dont wanna make q fool of myself

I also had some weed after the last hit shortly after
