Stimulants Thiamine 100mg

Hi I got a bottle of Thiamine 100mg and had it in 2016 but the problem is there's no end of date on bottle so just wanna to know they lasts lifetime and is it okay to take one? Help would be much appreicated.

Generally, these kinds of pharmaceuticals should be good for decades. If a drug is stored in a dry place, pretty much the worst thing that can happen is that a small portion of the drug gets destroyed by oxidation or UV light. I don't see any of the degradation products of thiamine actually being toxic to any significant degree, though.

Ah okay, the bottle have been stored in the kitchen cupboard so i guess it should be fine to take one i suppose
