No single entity decides drug policy. I mean, plenty of nations have floated the idea of drug law reform - and international treaties with the United States have prevented this from taking place.
Note that I am neither attacking the American government, American people or calling people names or bringing up the irrelevant (alleged) war crimes of any nation.
I didnt realise the US federal government had legalised cannabis.
That's pretty impressive.
I don't give a damn what your political persuasion is, but your inability to explain what part of my post put words in your mouth leads me to wonder what you're even going on about.
