So i am taking benzos (exclusively alprazolam) for about 3 years i am on 14~17mg day, i know insane dosage do no condone it.
recently i have had acess to diazepam, never have took it.
long story short i killed 150mg diazepam in 2 days with my alprazolam, but the dosages even "high" 30-40mg add some even more good anxiety relieve, but alprazolam has that thing, dropping every 4 hours, diazepam lasts longer i have no more interdose withdraws , but since i'dont fell the diazepam kick, i don't know in how much time redose, 4 hours? or bigger doses twice a day? since its very long acting, but the half life does not mean all the lenght of the effects.
and at 30mg doses looks like the minimun to any effect.
so good doses in morning and afternoon or redosing "little" 20,30mg every couple hours?
about my tolerance i think the doses speak for themselves, and i don't drink, ever.
