It's way fucking different now! I'm people losing their shit after a day or two. The buzz makes you feel shaky you can't think or like to the effect of Dementia dizziness with no balance. It different now!
 
This sounds like the difference between Amphetamine an its dextro isomer.

The first is devastating and recreational, the other a ordinary stimulant. ime.
