There are a few variants but RO5 is exceptionally good at what it's supposed to do. It's VERY rare to find a drug that doesn't follow the rules. Calculating if a drug is ORALLY active is even more difficult.

IS it the PI3? I thought the PI3 was converted to HI? I know HI has been used, but maybe that has a different pathway. How one produces the HI has always been the 'pinch point' hence P4 being controlled. Oddly, the safer alternatives don't seem to be controlled.

The point is the same - don't mix a powerful halogenating agent with a moiety that is readily halogenated.
 
I Am On MIKE Now. This Is Day 3, Night 4. It Is A Gentle, Stellar Drug, But soft. Dose high. Go Air Force! My Skin Was noticeably paler and seemed well moisturized. I kind of have a headache now, but what do you expect? It is a long laster, For Sure. Possibly (probably?) A so Called Persistent Or Forever Chemical. Subtle. High frequency. High pitch. Relaxing. There's no obvious way to modify the structure of any of the known selective CB2 agonists to also make them bind to the mu opioid receptor at the same time, but AM-1241 is one compound where this looks like it could be possible. One theoretically possible risk is that you could be even more prone to opioid respiratory depression than normal for some time after quitting chronic cannabinoid use.
