Well what are thoughts ? They arnt atoms or molecules or whatever, wavelengths maybe ? If so would that disrupt the physical aspect of the explosion ? And if we could find and manipulate whatever frequency thoughts are on could we manipulate matter with that ?

This is scary as they are working on and getting close to actually being able to monitor and control neural activity.

So it's a minute or two out.. but they have at least five major projects going on and thats just the published US military .. none that have to do with microbes though.

I can link the five projects if people are not aware.

When they can both monitor and manipulate brain activity at a cellular level then I cant imagine they are far from significant power over thought and behavior.
