The testing is very well done except that the oil is being heated at 1C/second (based on the speed he reads off the numbers. When done for real, you want to watch HOW it melts i.e. all at once or over a range. Since diamorphine hydrochloride monohydrate has a MP of 243-244C, it's impressive but I don't THINK one can say '89% pure'. At least, I wouldn't.

Still, apart from those 2 details - it's as good a way to show how to set up a MP as many educational videos.
