The effects of Diacetylmorphone.

If it were ever produced. What kind of effects would Diacetylmorphone have ? I know it would be stronger than Diacetylmorphine.

trying to work out what structure you mean, I think you mean derived from hydromorphone which only has one hydroxy group so only one acetyl derivative is possible and a diacetyl is chemically impossible (in the real world at least)

no idea. Opiates and opioids really don't interest me very much at all.
I suppose it would be more lipophillic than its parent, possibly slightly better BBB penetration. So if rate of onset is important then it may out perform hydromorphone so long as the acetyl breaks off rapidly, but equally it may not have the same receptor profile. see the other posts about splice variants.
Pretty much every conceivable variation of the traditional opiate scaffold has already been made by someone, Acetylmorphone is no exception it has been known a long time and banned for an almost equal time
