^ Good point. I guess what I meant was run in the more metaphorical sense, as in, disappear off the face of the earth, the way many felons in the pre-internet days would seek to do. If you run one of these sites, you can hide your location and personal details, but you can't go incommunicado from the other people you do business with. Therefore, your illegal livelihood depends more on your ability to hide than run.
