Brilliant!

For 2 reasons:
1. Xanax is an anti-anxiety drug and xanthophobia is a crippling fear of the color yellow.
2. Xanax pills are yellow.

That was, I think, the best possible answer.
I thought the word Xanax was going to stump everyone.

Thanks! I was going to go with xyzlacatosis (which I believe is a made up word for "struck with knowledge that there are few words in the English language beginning with x, y, and z." But I thought xanthophobia was a much better fit for the reasons you pointed out, and the fact that it's a real word.
