Mental Health "The catharsis"

The moment when the day changes, the step you make that moves stars, you find yourself incapable to resist the teardrops gathering in your eye corner. So many drugs to get there... So many years gone by in pain.
In a "cathartic" (a word i just made up), you can only find fire and water. Weirdly but simultaneously existing inside a cavity.
The cathartic does nothing out of hazard, because everything it does is search after Catharsis...

Have anyone here ever experienced Catharsis ? The purgation of passions, as Aristotle once said.
Catharsis is one of my 2 top feeling/experience/phenomenon (don't even know how to qualify it), the seconde one being hedonism. It's a state i know i can go, and cry. Catharsis for me is hours of crying, overwhelmed by the weight of the world, but above all, the weight of your actions, the intensity of your passion. Catharsis is really sad, but it's also so real, so earthgrounded, that you can't resist it, the true nature of who you are...

I miss catharsis
