The best way to take tramadol, Valium and codeine?

Hi my normal morning routine starts off with 2 Valium and 1 150mg tramadol. An hour and 20 minutes after that 2 more Valium and 60mg of codeine. I like the Valium to kick in with the codeine, but am I better off just taking all 4 Valium to begin with? I do allow myself "chill days" where I take 8 Valium 1 150mg tramadol. 1/2hour after that 2nd 150mg tramadol then 1hour after that 2valium and Codeine. A gain should I just take 10 Valium to start with?
