tested some "molly" and got some weird results can anyone enlighten me?

marquis - black/ dark purple
mecke - green to black with bubbles
mandelin - rust brown/yellow
simon - blue

anyone have any idea what these results mean?

Sounds sketchy as fuck to me. I more than likely would not consume that. I'd have to check a reagent key to be sure, but those definitely don't sound like good reactions. I highly doubt what you have is MDxx.
