Taurine potentiates benzodiazepines?

Because of this thread I just bought some Taurine because I've never used it before.

What are some good possible uses for it?

If I were to just take it by itself what might I feel?

And are there any interesting effects if I were to mix Taurine with: L-Theanine, Kratom, Klonopin, Melatonin or Phenibut?
