Tapentadol

Hello, I’ve. High opioid tolerance. I’ve just got some tapentadol (extended release) and no sure how they work, can I crush them for immediate release, what’s the most I can take in a day? (I’m used to Tramadol and 15x DHC -30 mg all in one go.
Please help!!!

I don't know a whole lot about it, but I have some and have taken it before, pretty similar to tramadol. I believe it has less of an effect on serotonin and maybe a bit less seizure risk ??... still taking over a gram probably a bad idea. Someone else here knows more I'm sure, how much tramadol do you usually take?

From a little research 50mg tramadol seems to be equal to 50mg tapentadol, hope that helps
