Opioids Tapentadol + carisoprodol safe hours after 40mg morphine?

Took 40mg morphine sulphate about 4 hours ago. Feel very weak so I wanna pop a 125mg/100mg tapentadol/soma tablet. Is this safe or can this be a dangerous interaction?
