Opioids Tapentadol and soma

I got these tablets, which I've taken at various dosages. The tablets say they contain 100mg tapentadol and 125mg soma. When I first started taking them along with pregabalin, which I've stopped due to tolerance wad OK but nothing special. How many of these would be safe to take at once, and how long until pregabalin tolerance goes down thanks
