Taking MDMA 24 hours after tramadol

So swim had a couple of tramadols lying around , (150mg) with almost no tolerance to opioids at all, took them around 4pm today, took 1mg xanax to get to sleep, and plans on rollimg with about 500mg mdma tomorrow. Will this be moderately safe for swim?

i understandthat both play with serotonin so in hindsight maybe swim shouldn't have takenthe tramadol... would this possobly ruin their roll?

You could experience serotonin syndrome. Tramadol has some active metabolites with very long half-lives. You should skip the MDMA.
