Opioids taken 30mg methadone first time in a month

Most ive taken in a month is 120mg morphine. I decided to take 30 and hour later ritalin comedown GONE but meth takes ages to kick in dont it.
I alwas get paranoid its no methadone and drink too much and be knocked out.
I should be alright with 30ml im not goin to try top mysel it stupid and if five bags of good gear injected didnt kll me.
anywa smoking be death of me hence copd diagnosis.

I last had ritalin 2 hours ago when does it wear off ive had like 30mg since 2pm
