Misc Tagamet (half-life and etcetera)

I was wondering how long it takes for Tagamet to get out of my system completely. I am sure a lot of you will find this a somewhat odd question, but it's important. I found out recently from a nice bluelighter that the best way to get the most of tramadol is to space ot my doses. I also recently learned that tagamet somewhat hinders tramadol's effects. Help is greatly appreciated.

Half life is 2 hours, duration 4-8 hours, and total body clearance time 30 to 48 hours. Mostly excreted through urine so drink lots of water to flush it out.

Crap haha. Do you think it will affect the 250mg of tramadol I took 30 min ago?
