Is a migraine a symptom of serotonin syndrome?

i think only if coupled with raised body temperature and sweating - pretty sure migraines are more co-morbid of the actual symptoms of SS.
do you legit think you may have ss?

You would probably know if you had SS, the biggest factor/tell being confusion and anxiety. I had SS one time... horrible. But no migraine.
