While reading the swiss customs' web site I came across this:
Travellers are allowed to carry medicinal products containing narcotic or psychotropic substances without an import or export permit, provided that the quantity carried is no greater than that required for 30 days, and in the case of exportation, that the destination country allows this.
N.B. You may only carry the quantity required for a month if it is for your own personal use and not for someone else.http://www.ezv.admin.ch/zollinfo_privat/04414/04422/index.html?lang=enIt really makes it sound like you can legally bring in a broad range of drugs as long as it's "medicinal", for personal use, and of limited quantity. I tried reading around for clarification but nowhere did I find anyone saying anything about prescriptions or what exactly is considered "medicinal".
Anyone happen to know more about this? It sounds pretty unbelievable.
