Sweet spot with speed, benzo combo?

I'm perscribed both klonopin, and vyvanse. For daily, normal use I take as perscribed..but I'm curious, how much kpin does it take to kill a nice speed? Does it just gradually lower the Intensity of the speed, as the klonopins effects begin to kick in? I always seem to over do one or the other when messing with this combo, for recreational purposes..
