Cocaine can be ingested orally and it was actually a common route of administration prior to the illegalization of the substance, with the usual twin culprit of price/bioavailability leading to the route being largely ignored. It's going to depend on the environmental situation of your stomach and such, but typically, Cocaine is about half as potent PO than it is by insufflation, with an accompanying long(er)-lasting effect. Unless you're afraid that you've consumed a potentially toxic amount of Cocaine (use common sense), than you should be totally fine.
This is all aside from the fact that Cocaine is simply an unhealthy substance to be ingesting. It's hell on your cardiovascular system.
