Whats the most effective way to take subutex? In terms of how high you can get?

Subtext is sublingual so it melts in saliva they should disintegrate in water

Snorting suboxone is actually more efficient than sublingual, it has a higher bioavailability that route. 30% sublingual, and about 50% intranasal, that's a 66% increase when snorted.

This! It is not healthy way to take pills but if done right absorption is better and onset is faster. Overall, if you (ab)use Subutex this is, except IV, the best way to get most out of it. Again, I do not recommend it, but it is so.

I def feel a mild warm opiate rush when iving Subutex.
