You might feel something but most who do use full agonists within a day, much less 10 hours prior, regret doing so and consider it a waste. Trying to break through Subs can be costly, wasteful and dangerous depending on your tolerance and other factors such as other meds taken concomitantly. If you were at or below 1mg then maybe.
