subotex ans h and subotex again

sorry for bad english.
i have a q about subotex use and h use,
in on my 3 day of sobotex, and still. somtime i do a bit of h and it almost give me nothing
but my q is how long to ia have to whait to take the next sub pill?
and this efect my "2 weeks" on sub, not grttin into sub adiction

so if i understand, durin the time im off h and on subs, i can use h and it wonk affect my "two three weeks" of gettin adictet to subs
(even i feel a little bit high. doin h will on subs. not as close if id had did the h without the subs on the bckground)
