I’m almost 3 years off opiates and 2.5 years on subutec for pain. Very low dose.
im just learning about how potent these are at lower doses vs higher doses.
They have not helped the kind of chronic pain I’m in.
When I got out of rehab I met with my Dr and he knows everything about my misuse and why.
it wasn’t chasing a “high”. I’m addicted to the pain.
I buy everything I can ( last 20 years) to help lessen it.
I was on 120 mg of oxycodone until the law changed and they cut my dose to 60.
didn’t matter if you were on 300 mgs! They took it from everyone due to the epidemic.
I asked him what he thought about trying me on opiates because honestly the subs did nothing over 2.5 years.
hes trying me on 20 mg of oxycontin 2X day with 5 mg of oxycodone 3 times a day for breakthrough.
im really struggling to do this.
