Misc Strongest/Most effective brain enhancing drug?

This is getting pretty close to "what drugs should I take?".. Plus this thread is pretty speculative.. no real answer is ever going to be given and before more people start suggesting things like meth or a genius comes here to say how well something like heroin has treated his mental acuity.. I'm going to close it.
