Misc Still not getting any effects with 13 phenibut capsules

If I take any more I believe I will overdose. Why the fuck isn't it doing anything?
 
Could be tolerance or maybe you got bunk capsules, pretty much impossible to tell.
Did you use the same batch in the past and did they have any effects ?
 
Yeah, I have used this brand about four times, and have had good effects. This time I ordered it from a different site because it was cheaper. I am thinking I got bunk capsules.
