staggered or slow dosing? (methylone)

My normal dose of bk-mdma is around 180-190mg for a decent roll. If I were to dissolve that dose, maybe 20-40mg more into a liquid and drank it slowly over the course of an hour, would that result in a underdose-like high, or would it just have a gradual onset? I have unpleasant symptoms on the comeup, even when dosing lower and living healthy.

If anyone has experience with slowly dosing, I'd love some input!

That's a very bad idea.

Methylone's active metabolites are going to spoil that experience. I've tried it before. It just resulted in a really crappy night of constantly crashing.

Its best just to take one decent dose of methylone and then put the rest away. Methylone is very much a diminishing returns substance when its abused and while a single large dose is unlikely to have a bad stimulated crash, subsequent redosing will trigger one.
